Barr Hall overlooks the turbulent entrance to Strangford Lough from the tip of the Ards Peninsula. The recently converted 300 year old barns and haylofts are a wonderful holiday base with seals, sea birds and views of the Mourne Mountains. There are walks, early Christian sites and good restaurants in Portaferry and Strangford.
Directions:
Take the shore road from Portaferry. Barr Hall is on the left after 3 miles.
